A*SH*N*A:KAVEH BASSIRI

Kaveh Bassiri is an Iranian American writer. He has an MFA from Sarah Lawrence College, where he was the Editor of the 2006 issue of Lumina. He was also a past co-curator of Reading Between A & B and the current co-curator of Shab-e She'r (Persian Poetry Night) at Bowery Poetry Club and Triptych Readings in the East Village. His writing recently won the Bellingham Review's 49th Parallel Award.
