DEATH OF THEORY AND LITERARY CRITICISM?

After all,the theory and literary criticism is a part of human mind and so,the humanities.It should be written beautifully while speaking of beauty and art.It should sound beautiful.Why lately there are so much talking  of death of theory and literary criticism?
