LOST WITH A LOST WORD

cat and mouse by leila taghinia

With our theatricalities
And abandonments
It is a crucible
To strenghten
The word.
But the word,ubiquitous
And still out of hands
Playing with us
Who pull their strings
And talk on their behalf
As a ventriloquist
In their venue.
It is a feeling,
Mutual,
That who gains
And who loses
When words clinching
In a cat and mouse game.
It is a game of loosers
with no winners.
Never
Mind!
